1. Aceptación de los términos
Al acceder y utilizar AlzhCheck (alzhcheck.org), usted acepta estar sujeto a estos Términos y Condiciones. Si no está de acuerdo con alguno de estos términos, no debe utilizar el servicio.
2. Descripción del servicio
AlzhCheck es una aplicación web progresiva (PWA) de tamizaje cognitivo orientativo para la detección temprana de posibles señales de deterioro cognitivo. El servicio incluye:
- Evaluación cognitiva con módulos validados (MMSE, Test del Reloj, Fluencia Verbal, AD8, entre otros)
- Análisis orientativo mediante Inteligencia Artificial
- Exportación de resultados en formato PDF (plan de pago)
- Disponible en español, inglés, portugués y francés
3. Uso del servicio
AlzhCheck está diseñado para uso personal, familiar o como apoyo profesional orientativo. Al usar el servicio, usted acepta:
- No utilizar los resultados como sustituto de diagnóstico médico
- Consultar a un profesional de salud ante cualquier sospecha de deterioro cognitivo
- No compartir datos de terceros sin su consentimiento
- No intentar vulnerar la seguridad del sistema
4. Planes y pagos
AlzhCheck ofrece un plan gratuito con 5 evaluaciones y planes de pago con exportación PDF. Los pagos se procesan de forma segura mediante Culqi, plataforma de pagos certificada.
- Pack Básico: 30 evaluaciones — USD $3.10 (Sudamérica) / USD $4.00 (Internacional)
- Pack Pro: 100 evaluaciones — USD $8.89 (Sudamérica) / USD $11.50 (Internacional)
- El pago otorga acceso inmediato al plan adquirido
- Los créditos no tienen fecha de vencimiento
5. Política de reembolsos y devoluciones
Política de reembolso: Dado que AlzhCheck es un servicio digital de acceso inmediato, los pagos realizados no son reembolsables una vez que se han activado los créditos en la cuenta.
Excepcionalmente, se procesará un reembolso completo si:
- El servicio presentó una falla técnica que impidió su uso correcto
- Se realizó un cobro duplicado por error del sistema
- La solicitud se realiza dentro de las 24 horas posteriores al pago y no se han utilizado los créditos
Para solicitar un reembolso, contáctenos en admin@alzhcheck.org indicando el ID de transacción y el motivo. Procesamos las solicitudes en un plazo de 3 días hábiles.
6. Limitación de responsabilidad
AlzhCheck proporciona información orientativa únicamente. No nos hacemos responsables de:
- Decisiones médicas tomadas en base a los resultados de la evaluación
- Diagnósticos o interpretaciones erróneas de los resultados
- Daños indirectos derivados del uso del servicio
7. Propiedad intelectual
Todo el contenido de AlzhCheck, incluyendo el diseño, código, textos y metodología de evaluación, es propiedad de Food Machinery Supplies EIRL y está protegido por las leyes de propiedad intelectual aplicables.
8. Modificaciones
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos términos en cualquier momento. Los cambios serán efectivos al publicarse en esta página. El uso continuado del servicio implica la aceptación de los términos actualizados.

By accessing and using AlzhCheck (alzhcheck.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.
2. Service Description
AlzhCheck is a progressive web app (PWA) for orientative cognitive screening for early detection of possible cognitive decline. The service includes:
- Cognitive assessment with validated modules (MMSE, Clock Drawing Test, Verbal Fluency, AD8, and others)
- Orientative analysis using Artificial Intelligence
- PDF export of results (paid plan)
- Available in Spanish, English, Portuguese and French
3. Use of Service
AlzhCheck is designed for personal, family or professional orientative use. By using the service, you agree to:
- Not use results as a substitute for medical diagnosis
- Consult a health professional if cognitive decline is suspected
- Not share third-party data without their consent
- Not attempt to compromise system security
4. Plans and Payments
AlzhCheck offers a free plan with 5 evaluations and paid plans with PDF export. Payments are processed securely through Culqi, a certified payment platform.
- Basic Pack: 30 evaluations — USD $3.10 (South America) / USD $4.00 (International)
- Pro Pack: 100 evaluations — USD $8.89 (South America) / USD $11.50 (International)
- Payment grants immediate access to the purchased plan
- Credits do not expire
5. Refund Policy
Refund policy: Since AlzhCheck is a digital service with immediate access, payments are non-refundable once credits have been activated in the account.
Exceptionally, a full refund will be processed if:
- The service experienced a technical failure preventing proper use
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a system error
- The request is made within 24 hours of payment and credits have not been used
To request a refund, contact us at admin@alzhcheck.org with the transaction ID and reason. We process requests within 3 business days.
6. Limitation of Liability
AlzhCheck provides orientative information only. We are not responsible for:
- Medical decisions made based on evaluation results
- Erroneous diagnoses or interpretations of results
- Indirect damages arising from use of the service
7. Intellectual Property
All AlzhCheck content, including design, code, texts and evaluation methodology, is the property of Food Machinery Supplies EIRL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
